After years of suppressing childhood abuse, my depression & anxiety became unbearable, I was suicidal and realized I needed radical change. In 2012, I took a leap of faith and quit my job, sold my car & everything I owned and left with a backpack to see the world.
Getting lost in 34 countries over 5 years, helped me forgive myself and others who hurt me. While traveling, I started using a variety of creative outlets for growth. From acting to photography, writing, podcasting, fashion, public speaking and art, I am the definition of creative expression.
